June Meeting

We are getting closer to our Quilting Exhibition in August, and some of the ladies have been very busy.

Don't forget the date, 3 and 4th of August.  Put it 

in your diary right now!

 This is Fiona's quilt block challenge that she won, from our last exhibition in 2011, called Australiana.  Well done Fiona, it looks great!

 Sandy was busy at a quilting retreat recently, and finished off a coat hanger cover, a Japanese fabric bag, and a rubbish bin. Busy girl!

Judy has been busy too, and finished off this lovely Japanese quilt.

And another Judy quilt, which she is putting over the back of a couch in her lounge, which is why two kookaburras look like they are upside down! But are the right way when you see it on a couch.

Jill has been busy with a table runner in blues, and also a kimono wall hanging.  It appears we are all turning Japanese!!

Nina has made a couple of coin purses, well done!

Jan has finished off a couple of wise old owls, with wings. Nice work!
