THE BIG MOVE!
The end of September saw the group make the move from our lovely home of 6 or so years at Inverbrackie Barracks to a previous home at Woodside Lutheran Church.
Spoiled by a big light space where we could have our cupboards and come together in one room at Inverbrackie, we have been so fortunate that the Lutheran Church has welcomed us home, offering us almost exclusive use of a store room for most of our cupboards and a lovely room with ample tables and seating with a fabulous kitchen adjoining for us to meet in.
Thanks to many members over many weeks decluttering our cupboards, we have 4 of our original 6 with pared down inventory, that fit bequtifully into our allotted space. Many thanks to the gentlemen who helped move those cupboards and fit them into the room. It was a bit Jenga like for a minute, but with guidance from our Quilters who have a very good eye for making things fit, we are all settled in.
